Daniel 11:42-44

⁴² ·The king of the North [^LHe] will ·show his power in [^Lsend his hand against] many countries; Egypt will not escape. ⁴³ ·The king [^LHe] will ·get [^Lrule over the] treasures of gold and silver and all the riches of Egypt. The Libyan and ·Nubian [or Ethiopian; ^LCushite] people will ·obey him [^Lfollow in his tracks]. ⁴⁴ But the king of the North will hear ·news [reports] from the east and the north that will make him ·afraid [terrified] and angry. He will go to [^Ldevastate and] destroy completely many.
